The HappyheART workshops for children
- Together, we explore how, through the two arts of theater and painting, a child's imagination and expression are cultivated.
- Additionally, they contribute to their overall development—enhancing self-confidence, nurturing imagination and expression, and ultimately helping them simultaneously develop communication, respect, and collaboration skills.
The ArtTherapy workshops for adults
- These workshops serve as means for self-awareness, relaxation, and the expression of deeper emotions and thoughts.

Through our independent painting and theater workshops, emotions are expressed through colors and theatrical exercises as liberations. The goal is to explore and encourage personal deeper feelings and to release them. Both art forms work in a therapeutic and liberating way!!!

An award-winning visual artist from the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle of Thessaloniki, with her work in its permanent collection.
Graduate of the School of Fine Arts with specializations in:
Psychological approaches to children's drawing
Special art education in educational institutions and cultural heritage sites.
Organization and management of education
Postgraduate student in Cultural Management.
Anastasia Tsilikioti
Graduate of the Higher Drama School 'Athinaiki Skini-Kalvou' (certified by the Ministry of Culture) with a specialization in promoting the mental health of children and adolescents."
