Print in aquatint (aqua tinta) technique, 1/1.
In aquatint, the surface of the plate is worked gradually, allowing the acid to create different depths. Each stage adds tone and atmosphere, until the image acquires its own inner tension.
In this work, the gradations function as a visual crescendo, where light and shadow coexist in a slow, emotional culmination.
