March has arrived… and with it the promise of Spring!
But Spring is not just a season. It is a feeling. It is a mood. It is the look that lifts just a little higher, the smile that blooms like the first flowers, the hope that is reborn within us.
Today is Clean Monday! Our blog is here every Monday.
The past week, marked most significantly by the protest over the Tempi tragedy—an event we attended during the Athens gathering—awakened a pulse of love from person to person.
We hope that the emotion of this unprecedented solidarity will prevail in all human interactions.
The days are slowly growing longer, the light is spreading differently, and nature is beginning to wake from its winter silence.
Among other things, last week my daughter, a friend, and I decided to share a little love in our city. A small, silent gesture, without words, yet full of meaning.
We wrote on a piece of cardboard the phrase “love, when shared, multiplies” and left flowers in places where anyone could take them and gift them to themselves—or wherever they wished.
This was inspired by the fact that we increasingly observe, in everyday life, most people walking with their heads down, as if carrying an unseen burden that weighs on their soul.
Sometimes it is fatigue. Sometimes it is worry. Sometimes it is simply habit.
Rarely do they lift their gaze—not only to exchange a good morning, a hello, a smile—but even to see the colors that the day offers them,
as if the sky had nothing new to tell them…
Yet, if you look a little closer, you will see that love exists everywhere. In the small, unexpected gifts of life. In the colors of a flower that breaks free from the sidewalk. In the gaze of a child. In the warmth of a person who stands for a moment and truly looks at you.
That’s why we should give each other more love. With a simple gesture. A kind act. A smile.
And let our day be filled with beautiful health, solidarity, and love—because these are the colors that illuminate our lives.
So, let’s welcome March with an open heart.
With gratitude for what is to come.
With beautiful thoughts that will become colors in our lives.
With a deep breath and a wish:
“May this Spring be full of health, light, and love.”
We hope you enjoyed today’s blog!
Until next time,
Have a wonderful week full of health and smiles!
Enjoy your koulouma!
